We’re looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer with a strong background in software development, APIs, and writing scalable code.

Who you are:

• You’ve got several years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• You have experience working with deploying and scaling web applications
• You are skilled at MySQL and PostgreSQL database optimization
• You’re an excellent communicator
• You test your code

What you’ll do:

• Refactor code to optimize for performance
• Work closely with colleagues
• Conduct code reviews on pull requests
• Document APIs and software you help build
• Server deployment and performance tuning
• Communicate with clients and conduct demos
• Contribute to open source projects and occasionally write blog posts
